Not through the call. On Windows 10 (2004+) and 11 the overlay is excluded from screen capture, so it does not appear in a shared screen or a recording made through Teams, Zoom, Meet, Webex or OBS. It is visible to a phone camera pointed at your monitor and to some proctoring tools that detect capture-excluded windows.
No. The app runs on Google's free Gemini tier with a key you create in two minutes. Optional OpenAI or Groq keys add extras, but nothing requires them.
